Shipping + Returns

EASY RETURNS
It is important to us that you have the ultimate shopping experience with Lalt Collective! We understand that you are shopping online and sometimes garments do not fit as you expect so, we offer a 30 day return policy on all full price orders (minus postage costs - this also applies to orders with free postage).
We check the quality of all our merchandise before it leaves the store however, in the instance where you receive a faulty item (and we deeply apologise if this does happen), we will refund the cost of your item.
We do not offer returns for on sale or clearance items (or when a sale item has been further discounted), so please choose carefully. There are also no returns on Sunglasses or Accessories for hygiene reasons unless deemed faulty. Please also keep in mind that some colours may be displayed a little differently, depending on the monitor they are being viewed on. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that any returned items are sent back to us using the Australia Post tracking system as we are unable to take responsibility for lost returns. If we have shipped the wrong product, we will cover all costs associated with returning the item to us and replacing it with the right one. SHIPPING
We ship all stocked items within two business days from when cleared payment is received and all other products that are custom ordered, will be made and posted as soon as possible.
We use Australia Post satchel bags and delivery time obviously depends on where you live and the type of postage selected (parcel post or express post). We ensure all parcels are lodged and tracked for your protection and therefore, we cannot be held liable for any non-delivered parcels.
Postage is a flat $5.00 for regular Parcel Post and $10.00 for Express Postage however if your parcel is larger than normal, it may be calculated by size of the product (cubic weight ), or the weight of the product.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Want to track your order? Upon posting your parcel, we add your express post tracking number to either your online order or paypal details (depending how you have ordered with us). You can access the Australia Post Website and enter your tracking number.
